Enjoying The Weekend
It's a beautiful Sunday morning, overcast and rainy, but I love it. After living in the desert for so long with hardly any rain it's nice. Yesterday, we had an awesome day. We played in the dirt and got some much needed dirt therapy. Awbrey, Amy (our neighbor) and myself moved 4 yards of dirt to flower beds. We are going to plant vegetables, flowers, etc... Then Stephen, Elena & some friends took me out to dinner in Portland last night to celebrate me! We ate at Andina, YUMMY!!! Then we went to Papa Hayden for dessert, again YUMMY!! Today Awbrey and myself made pancakes, they were good; she found the recipe online and is such a good lil sioux chef. The rest of the day we are going to get some stuff done and get ready for next weekend.

Good Morning My Beautiful Daughter, I sure did miss spending your birthday with you. This is the first time in 41 years that we have not got to celebrate your birthday together but I am glad that you spent your special day doing what you wanted to do. I sure am looking forward to seeing you next weekend and spending some quality time together. Take care of yourself. Love, Mom
