Happy Birthday Honey!!!!

Stephen you're such an amazing husband and father! You're caring, loving, understanding (especially when surrounded by 2 girls in the house), funny, you have amazing values and I love how you enjoy the little things that add up to so many things. You always have Awbrey and me in mind and sacrifice so much! We love you so much and want to wish you a wonderful day full of fun and great memories!!!

Generations Unleashed 2011 "MOVE"

Our youth group is attending Generation Unleashed this weekend...I love this picture capturing our youth worshiping God whole heartedly.

Generation Unleashed (GU) is the worship band, youth ministry name and annual youth conference of City Bible Church. Fueled by a passion to lift up and make the name of God great, the GU's number one priority is a commitment to building God's house and serving the church. The GU annual conference at the end of January gathers around 8000 young people 12-24 years old each year to pursue God together. Songs written by GU have been recorded and sung by many worship artist around the globe. The heart of the band is to write songs that could be sung by local churches and youth ministries worldwide. Generation Unleashed has released six live albums to date, most recently "Saving Power", which was recorded and filmed live at the annual "Generation Unleashed" conference. Their sound would be best described as a high energy, guitar driven blend of passionate and expressive worship. Generation Unleashed believes worship is more than just clever words and great music but is about people having a personal encounter with the Living God. Their desire is to build the local church and help others create a culture of worship in their own lives.

Awbrey was so incredibly excited and this day couldn't go by fast enough. She has made some truly amazing friends at TFH (The Fathers House) and looks to some of them for advice when she needs a friend to listen. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to help her when she needs it...don't get me wrong I like it when she comes to us but there are sometimes when you just need a friends shoulder. Stephen and I are both truly grateful for her to have this opportunity and for the Kirsch Family for their hospitality for letting her stay with them during the next couple of days, and for taking her to and from. Our family feels totally blessed and very grateful for such amazing friends. We thank God everyday for bringing our families paths together.

God is truly AMAZING!!!!!

Just Hanging Out

Awbrey and her friend wanted some pics of them hanging out being silly. So went to downtown Vancouver and snapped a few pics of them. I love this first one...I think it totally captures her silliness and how much she loves to have fun!

  

Daddy's Girl!!!!!

It brings such joy to my heart to see the relationship that these two have. They are hilarious and enjoy just being silly...you should see them in a grocery store...I mean seriously sometimes I have to tell them to go somewhere else because I can't concentrate, but I LOVE IT!!! They have the same sense of humor and they crack me up :) 

Awbrey created this picture and I love it and want to frame it because it's truly them.

   

So Proud!!!!

Stephen and I are so proud of our daughter. She takes her schooling serious and wants to do the best she can. This past trimester she did it, she had straight A's with a 3.914 gpa.
